Registration and Payment Information

The registration fee includes the following:

• Conference materials (Abstract and Proceedings e-Book),

• Certificate of participation,

• Access to all sessions,

• Refreshments during coffee breaks,

• Right to submit a revised paper for consideration in the edited international e-books (to be published by IJOPEC Publication in December 2025, with ISBN, at no extra cost).

If co-authors wish to benefit from these services, they must register as “co-authors” and pay a fee of €20 each.

Each registration covers only one paper submission and presentation. If the same first author submits a second paper, a 50% discount will be applied to the second paper fee.

Discounts and Special Conditions

• Participants from partner institutions receive a 20% discount on the registration fee.
  Partner Institutions include:

• Organizing Committee members pay a reduced fee of €60.

Participation Rules

• Each participant may present up to two papers.

• At least one author must be registered and present the paper at the conference.

• Abstracts (150–250 words) or full papers (2,500–3,500 words, including references and abstract) must be submitted for evaluation.

• Acceptance notifications will be sent within 5 working days after submission.

• Upon payment, authors will receive an official receipt and an invitation letter.

• All participants (presenters and observers) must complete their registration by  20 November 2025.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to complete the registration payment will result in removal from the conference program.

Early Bird Registration

• Early bird rate for students and non-employed participants: €70

• The early bird discount is only valid until the announced early registration deadline. No student or research assistant discounts will apply afterward.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted.

• If paying in Turkish Lira (₺), please refer to the daily exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations received by 15 October 2025 (minus a €20 administrative fee).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 15 November 2025.

* Participants of ICOPEC 2025 will have the opportunity to publish their revised and peer-reviewed papers as international e-book chapters, free of charge, in December 2025 through IJOPEC Publication, provided that their work meets the editorial and review standards.

** IJOPEC Publication e-books fulfill the criteria for international publications as outlined by the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK), and may be considered for associate professorship applications, as well as academic incentive schemes.
